Stationery Dust Collector 1500

The Stationery Dust Collector cartridge dust collector provides a safe, effective and convenient solution to handle non-explosive dust collection applications including thermally generated fumes from welding, laser, or plasma cutting operations as well as other common nuisance dust. Connect the power, compressed air, and ductwork, and the unit is ready to run.

The collector is available with 95% or HEPA after filters. The unit requires 90 to 110 PSI of clean dry air for pulsing. It is available with slip, flanged, or rolled inlet collars. Other options include auto flow control, input power disconnect, and dust drawer liners. The filters are Protura DH Nanofiber filter technology, the filters offer high operational efficiency, low operating pressure loss, and reduced compressed air usage.

The integrated touchscreen controller eases the user interface for unit function access, interaction, and when maintenance is required. The EC (electrically communicated) motorized impeller is the latest in energy efficiency. Service convenience is built into the Stationery Dust Collector offering single-side access, tool-free filter removal, and enhanced dust collection. Filter cartridges are required and ordered separately.
