Fixed Portable Dust Collector 15002

The Portable Filtration Unit is a mobile self-contained source capture extraction system for intermittent use and can reach up to 1,500 CFM. The Fixed Portable Dust Collector 1500 is equipped with an 8-inch diameter inlet collar that can be used to attach an 8-inch flexible hose or rigid ducting (may require a connection flange that is not included). Serving as the airflow and filtration source for an entire system, this self-contained system is the perfect choice for economical and efficient dust collection. Ideal for ducted operation, the VF system’s small cabinet makes it easy to position close to the dust source—saving valuable floor space.

Typical applications include the extraction of welding and cutting fume, soldering, bulk powders, and other miscellaneous dust. The VF Fixed Filtration units are constructed with mild steel and are fully powder-coated to protect from harsh industrial production environments. The Fixed Portable Dust Collector series is available in 3 HP and all voltages including 208-230/3/60, and 460/3/60.

On board are the controls for fan operation, a filter pressure indicator, and manual or automatic filter cleaning using an outside compressed air source that is plugged into the unit. There are several filtration medias available including HEPA and carbon after filters to handle the most difficult dust and particulates.
